Migrant Help staff found this extremely useful and informative. It is so important (especially dealing with clients who come from a place of trauma) to have the coping mechanisms to deal with difficult, stressful  situations and also how to disconnect at the end of the day, to implement self-care on a daily basis, to put on the ‘oxygen mask’ before looking after others. Thank you so much for both sessions, all staff found it beneficial.

Recentre was the external expert that helped hold up the mirror to our leadership and organization. We needed to hit pause and have emotional check-ins with our people after sustained stress from the pandemic, war, violence and other externalities and internal pressures. Recentre helped us develop a simple, consistent vocabulary and framework for our organization and leaders to have honest and open conversations about tough subjects. Holly stewarded our org and presented in a meaningful way that brought a human, personal approach. She also creatively helped us think through the optimal ways to reach the most people for our 3,600+ person organization. The content and roll out landed well with great feedback and adoption!
